Especial Guacamole is the perfect "sauce" for a traditional flatbread.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat convection oven to 400˚F.
Step 2
Thaw guacamole according to package instructions.
Step 3
Bake flatbread at 400°F in convection oven until lightly crisp. Spread 2 oz. of guacamole onto each flatbread. Top with 2 oz. grape tomatoes, 1/4 oz. Parmesan cheese and 1 Tbsp. fresh basil. Serve.
