Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw guacamole according to package instructions.
Step 2
Toss the onion with flour, salt and pepper until well coated. Deep fry the onions until crispy. Set aside.
Step 3
Cook the chicken patties according to the package instructions. Toss each patty with 1 fl. oz. of Buffalo sauce to coat well.
Step 3
Top bottom half of roll with a lettuce leaf and coated chicken patty. Add 1/4 oz. of crumbled blue cheese and 1/4 oz. of fried onion. Spread 1 oz. of guacamole on the top half of the roll and place on top of the sandwich.
