Mango Shrimp Avocado Salad

Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw guacamole, avocado dices, and mango according to package instructions.
Step 2
Whisk chili sauce, rice vinegar, ginger and guacamole in a small bowl to create vinaigrette. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
In a medium bowl, combine shrimp, mint leaves, onion, avocado dices and mango. Add half of the vinaigrette; toss to coat shrimp.
Step 4
Divide lettuce leaves among 4 plates. Top each lettuce plate with 1/4 shrimp mixture. Drizzle remaining vinaigrette over each salad as desired and serve.
