Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw avocado according to package instructions.
Step 2
Prepare Fiesta blend according to package instructions. Chill.
Step 3
For each portion, place 1 1/2 oz. lettuce into a serving bowl. Top with 4 oz. Fiesta blend, 2 oz. avocados, 1/2 oz. cheddar cheese and 1/4 oz. tortilla strips. Serve with 2 fl. oz. Ranch dressing.
