Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw avocado spread according to package instructions.
Step 2
Cut each baguette into 4 portions. Slice each portion lengthwise almost through so that the bread stays connected on one side. For each sandwich, spread 2 oz. avocado spread on the insides of the bread. Fill the sandwich with 1 oz. sliced mushrooms, 1 oz. shredded carrot, 1 oz. sliced cucumber, 1 oz. pickled onion, 1/2 oz. jalapeño slices, and 6 cilantro sprigs. Serve with additional 2 oz. portion cup of avocado spread on the side.
