Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw avocado according to package instructions.
Step 2
Preheat a large skillet.
Step 3
Using a small biscuit cutter, cut and remove centers from bread slices, butter slices on one side only. Grill in pan until slightly toasted.
Step 4
Crack an egg into each bread hole, careful not to break yolk. Season with salt and pepper and cook until eggs are desired consistency.
Step 5
In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients, add salt and pepper to taste. Spoon 2 heaping Tbsp. of mixture over each slice of bread and serve.
