Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
In batches, combine cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, green onions and blue cheese in a food processor until evenly combined. Stir in riced cauliflower and transfer to baking dish. Bake at 350°F until edges start to brown, about 25-30 minutes. Hold warm.
Step 3
For each serving; prepare 4 oz. SIDEWINDERS™ Fries according to package instructions. Serve with 4 oz. warm buffalo cauliflower dip and celery sticks.
