Lime juice, fresh 8 fl. oz.
Olive oil 12 fl. oz.
Cilantro, chopped 1 cup
Dill, fresh, chopped 2 Tbsp.
Tuna, canned, chunk, light, drained, rinsed 66.5 oz.
Simplot Harvest Fresh™ Avocados: Diced Avocado, Frozen 12/2lb 20 oz.
English cucumber, diced 20 oz.
Cherry tomatoes, halved 20 oz.
Red onion, slivered 10 oz.
Salt 1 Tbsp.
Black pepper 1 tsp.
Preparation Instructions:
Whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, cilantro and dill. In a large bowl, gently combine the tuna, avocado, cucumber, tomato and onion. Pour dressing over top and fold gently to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
