Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw avocado pulp, avocado dices, and mango cubes according to package instructions.
Step 2
Whisk avocado pulp with coconut cream and agave syrup until well blended.
Step 3
For each serving; in an 8 oz. clear serving dish, layer 1/2 oz. diced mango and 1/2 oz. sliced strawberries in the bottom. Spoon 2 oz. of the avocado cream on top. Finish with a layer of 1/2 oz. blueberries, 1/2 oz. raspberries, and 1/2 oz. avocado dices. Garnish each serving with a slice of star fruit.
