This salsa is great with corn or tortilla chips, but it also makes a refreshing topping for entrées. Try it on a grilled chicken breast or broiled fish fillet. For the best texture, serve this salsa shortly after it's made.

Thaw avocado according to package directions.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, add avocado, mango, pineapple, red onion, lime juice and cilantro. Gently fold together to combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate about 30 minutes before serving.
