These noodle bowls to go are super convenient and taste every bit as good as they look. Packed with veggies, soba noodles, sliced avocado, and pre-dressed with a house-made soy and honey dressing for convenience—and flavor.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw the avocado, peas, corn, and peppers and onions. Prepare carrots according to package instructions and chill.
Step 2
Whisk the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, sugar, garlic, ginger and sesame seeds together to make the dressing. Combine the soba noodles with the dressing and toss to mix.
Step 3
In 1 quart, clear, to go containers, layer 2 oz. soba noodles, 2 oz. peas, 2 oz. carrots, 2 oz. corn, and 2 oz. peppers and onions. Top with 1 oz. each of the spiralized zucchini and carrots. Finish with 1 oz. avocado slices. Cover and refrigerate for service and sale.
