Avocado Brie and Sun Dried Tomato Pita

Harvest Fresh™ Extreme Supreme Guacamole adds a little kick to this delicious grilled pita with sun-dried tomatoes and brie.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw avocado according to package instructions.
Step 2
Spread 4 oz. guacamole on each pita. Place 2 oz. of brie, 4 sun-dried tomatoes and 4 basil leaves on half of the pita bread. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Fold pita in half and grill on a hot panini press for 2 minutes, until the cheese is melted and pita is crispy. Cut into four pieces and serve.
