10 oz Simplot RoastWorks®: Flame-Roasted Sweet Corn & Jalapeno Blend 6/2.5lb
10 count Vegetable burger patties
10 count Eggs, cooked over-easy
10 count Potato buns
10 count Simplot Harvest Fresh™ Avocado: Avocado Slices, Frozen 12/2lb
10 count Green leaf lettuce leaves
20 count Roma tomato slices
10 count Red onion slices
20 count Dill pickle slices
Preparation Instructions:
• Cook vegan bacon. Reserve.
• Prepare RoastWorks® Corn and Jalapeno Blend according to package instructions. Reserve warm.
• Prepare vegetable burgers. Reserve warm.
• Toast potato buns.
• To build burgers, place vegetable burger patty on bottom bun. Top with 2 slices vegan bacon, 1 oz RoastWorks® Corn and Jalapeno Blend, 1 over-easy egg, and 3 avocado slices.
• Top with a lettuce leaf, 2 tomato slices, a red onion slice, and 2 pickle slices.
• Serve with favorite condiments.
