Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw guacamole according to package instructions.
Step 2
Cook pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. Keep warm.
Step 3
Heat butter and flour in a medium saucepan to create a roux. Slowly whisk in milk and gently heat until thick and smooth.
Step 4
Over low heat, gradually stir in shredded cheese to create a smooth sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
In a large bowl, gently combine warm pasta, cheese sauce and guacamole. Garnish each serving with 1 tsp. Parmesan cheese.
