Taking hash brown patties to a gourmet level. Simplot Traditional Hash Brown Patties, burger patty, muenster cheese, arugula, caramelized onions, bacon slices, and white truffle aioli on a fresh brioche bun.

Ingredient Weight Measure
Simplot Traditional Potatoes: Hash Brown Patties 12/10ct 10 each
Brioche hamburger buns 10 each
White truffle aioli, prepared 5 oz.
Hamburger patties (5 oz.), cooked 10 each
Muenster cheese slices 10 each
Onions, caramelized 10 oz.
Bacon slices, cooked 20 each
Arugula 2-1/2 oz.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Prepare hash brown patties according to package instructions. Hold warm.
Step 2
For each burger, spread 1/4 oz. aioli on the bottom half of bun and place a cooked hamburger patty on top of aioli. Add one slice of cheese, 1 oz. onions, a cooked hash brown patty, 2 bacon strips, and top with 1/4 oz. of arugula. Spread 1/4 oz. aioli on top bun and place on top of arugula to complete the burger.
