Vegetable Chili Walking Taco

Ingredient Weight Measure
Simplot Harvest Fresh™ Avocados: Original Guacamole, Fresh 12/1lb 20 oz.
Simplot Grains/Roastworks Vegetables Vegetable Chili 40 oz.
Fritos or Doritos chips, individual 2 oz. bag portions 10 count
Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded 10 oz.
Salsa or fresh pico de gallo 5 oz.
Cilantro, chopped 10 tbsp.
Sour cream (thinned with a small amount of water) 5 oz.
Green onions, sliced 10 tbsp.
Preparation Instructions:
• Thaw guacamole according to package instructions.
• Make a Vegetable Chili utilizing Simplot Grains and Simplot Roastworks items.
• Cut bag of chips 1/3 the way across with scissors. Pour 4 oz Vegetable Chili over chips.
• Top with 1 oz shredded cheese, 1/2 oz salsa or pico de gallo and 1 Tbsp cilantro.
• Top with 2 oz guacamole and 1/2 oz sour cream. Garnish with 1 Tbsp green onions. Serve.
