Watermelon Radishes, sliced 13 oz.

Salad mix greens 13 oz.
Purple Kale, crushed 13 oz.

Huckleberry dressing, prepared 26 oz.
Edible Glitter 1 oz.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Heat rice, carrots and edamame according to directions, chill.
Step 2
Place 4 cups blackberries into a small pot with 1 cup of water. In another pot add shredded beets with one cup of water. Simmer both pots on low heat for 15 minutes to extract as much color as possible. Strain liquid through a coffee filter. Divide rice into two bowls. Add coloring to bowl stirring lightly to incorporate color and desired color is met.
Step 3
In a large serving dish place 1/2 cup of pink rice and 1/2 cup purple rice. Then add 3 oz. of edamame and carrots. Fill in the rest of the dish with 1 oz. radishes, peppers, salad greens, and kale. Place avocado flower onto plate. Combine prepared dressing with edible glitter and serve 2 oz. of dressing on the side.
