In this case, the name really does say it all. Load up a classic burger with perfectly seasoned caramelized onions, house-made garlic aioli, and Swiss cheese then serve it up with lettuce and tomato. (And napkins, lots of napkins.)

Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Prepare caramelized onions according to package instructions.
Step 2
Whisk together the mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, and salt and pepper until will combined. Set aside for service.
Step 3
For each burger, split and lightly toast a bun. Spread 1/2 oz. of prepared garlic aioli on the bottom half. Top with a slice of cheese and a grilled burger patty, followed by another slice of cheese. Finish with 2 oz. caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato slice and pickles. Replace top half of bun and serve.
