Syrian Spiced Fries With Lemon Aioli

Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Combine pickling spice, allspice, sea salt, peppercorns, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg in spice grinder and work until finely ground. Store tightly covered.
Step 2
Whisk together the mayonnaise, garlic, zest, juice, and parsley. Store chilled until service.
Step 3
For each serving; prepare 8 oz. of fries according to package instructions. Place in a bowl and toss with 1 tsp. Syrian Spice Blend to coat.
Step 4
Serve with 3 oz. lemon aioli on the side.
