Tender beef short ribs cooked in a spicy-sweet peach and bourbon sauce and piled on a toasty slider bun. Serve up a trio as an appetizer or pair with crispy fries for a winning entrée.

Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat oven to 300°F.
Step 2
Season ribs with salt and pepper. Heat oil in braising pan over medium-high heat. Add ribs and sear on all sides. Remove the pan from the heat.
Step 3
Combine water, sugar and vanilla in a saucepan over medium-high heat and bring to a boil, cooking until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat. Whisk in gochujang. Add peaches and bourbon, pour mixture over the ribs. Cover pan tightly with a lid or foil and cook in a 300°F oven for 4 hours or until tender. For each serving, toast one slider roll and fill with 3 oz. of meat and sauce.
