Roasted Apple Overnight Oats

Roasted apples, vanilla yogurt and old-fashioned oats are a kid-friendly breakfast that’s comforting and filling—a perfect choice for busy school mornings.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
The day before service, thaw and drain apples under refrigeration overnight.
Step 2
Combine dry oats, yogurt, and milk in a large bowl and stir until combined. Stir in apples.
Step 3
Portion 1 cup of mixture in a 10 oz. container. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Sprinkle each cup with nutmeg or cinnamon.
*Alternately, you can keep in mixture in large hotel pan, covered, and scoop into bowls for service.
