Roasted Apple Caramelized Bacon Flatbread

14 oz Bacon, cooked, crumbled
4 oz Brown sugar
3 oz Cranberries, dried
6 each Thin Neapolitan pizza crusts
36 oz Cream cheese pastry filling, prepared
60 oz Simplot RoastWorks®: Flame-Roasted Fuji Apples 6/2.5lb
18 oz Streusel topping, prepared or scratch
6 oz Almonds, sliced
3 fl oz Caramel sauce
Preparation Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Combine the bacon and brown sugar in a small bowl.
Place the cranberries in a small saucepan and cover with water, simmer over low heat until the cranberries plump. Drain cranberries.
For each flatbread; place crust on pizza screen or parchment lined pan, evenly spread with 6 oz. of the filling, 3 oz. of bacon, 10 oz. apples and 3 oz. of streusel.
Sprinkle with 1 oz. of cranberries and almonds.
Bake the pizza for 5 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Drizzle finished pizza with 1/2 fl. oz. of caramel sauce.
Scratch Streusel
4 oz flour, 4 oz rolled oats, 5 1/2 oz brown sugar, and 4 1/2 oz butter. Blend with a paddle in a mixer until crumbly.
