Roasted Apple and Almond Pizza

Flame-roasted Fuji apples combined with mascarpone cheese, cranberries and almonds make this a delectable dessert.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat over to 425˚F.
Step 2
Place the cranberries in a small saucepan and cover with water, simmer over low heat until cranberries plump. Drain the cranberries, cover, and refrigerate until ready to use.
Step 3
In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone, brown sugar, sour cream, almond and vanilla extracts. Blend until combined thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Step 4
In a mixer, combine brown sugar, butter, flour and oats with a paddle until crumbly. Set aside.
Step 5
Place one proofed crust on a pizza screen. Spread 6 oz. of the mascarpone cheese blend over the crust. Evenly distribute 10 oz. of the RoastWorks® Flame-Roasted Fuji Apples over the cheese blend. Sprinkle with 1 oz. of almonds and 1 oz. of cranberries. Sprinkle 3 oz. of the streusel topping over the pizza.
Step 6
Bake the pizza in a preheated pizza oven for 5-10 minutes or until golden brown. Drizzle lightly with prepared caramel sauce.
