Raspberry Scones

These tender little cuties pair perfectly with a morning coffee, a smoothie, or all on their own as a snack. Bake up a batch and see how quickly they disappear!
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425˚F or according to scone mix instructions.
Step 2
In a medium mixing bowl, pour in complete package of scone mix, add water and combine according to instructions. Add frozen raspberry crumbles and fold into mixture quickly. Place dough on a floured table and kneed 5-6 times according to instructions.
Step 3
Divide dough into 3 pieces. Pat each piece into a 5-inch diameter dome, with center slightly higher then outside edge. Cut each dome into 4 wedges.
Step 4
Place scones on an ungreased baking sheet. Top with sparkling sugar and bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven. Serve warm or cool.
