Not quite a traditional poutine, but oh-so-tasty. With Simplot SeasonedCRISP® Delivery+® Savory Battered Wedges, spicy fried chicken, cheese curds, brown gravy and cheese sauce—then topped off with a roasted corn and jalapeño blend in creamy ranch dressing.

Ranch dressing, prepared 12 fl. oz.

Cheese sauce, prepared and warmed 16 fl. oz. 2 cups
Brown gravy, prepared and warmed 16 fl. oz. 2 cups
Cheese curds 1 lb.
Chicken strips, breaded, spicy, prepared 24 oz. 16 pieces
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Prepare corn and jalapeño blend according to package instructions. Cool. Combine with ranch dressing in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for service.
Step 2
Prepare potato wedges according to package instructions. Hold hot for service.
Step 3
For each serving; place 4 oz. potato wedges in serving container. Ladle 2 fl. oz. cheese sauce and 2 fl. oz. gravy over fries. Top with 2 oz. cheese curds, 2 pieces of chicken sliced into bite-sized pieces, and 6 oz. of corn blend.
