A grilled beef patty on a whole-grain bun smothered with creamy pimento cheese. Served with reduced-sodium Tater Gems®.

Simplot Traditional Potatoes: Tater Gems®, Reduced Sodium 6/5lb 5.33 lbs. 12 1/2 cups
Beef patty, grilled, cooked 25 each
Burger bun, whole grain 25 each
White cheese sauce, prepared 3.225 lbs. 6 cups
Cheddar cheese, mild, shredded 1 lb. 4 cups
Pimento peppers, small dice 1.42 lbs. 2 cups
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Prepare Tater Gems® according to package instructions. Reserve hot. Combine cheese sauce, shredded cheese and pimento peppers together. Blend until well combined. Reserve warm for service.
Step 2
For each serving; place a burger bun in serving container and top with burger patty on heel of bun. Top with 1/3 cup of pimento cheese and crown of bun. Serve with 1/2 cup of Tater Gems®.
