Simplot Good Grains™: Thai Style Red Quinoa & Vegetable Blend 6/2.5lb 40 oz.
Chicken, cooked, shredded 32 oz.
Peanut sauce, prepared 16 fl. oz.
Pomegranate arils, or dried cranberries 2 oz.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Prepare the Thai Style Red Quinoa & Vegetable blend according to package directions. Chill.
Step 2
Combine grain blend, chicken and peanut sauce. Refrigerate for 1 hour to allow flavors to develop. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
