Simplot Simple Goodness™ Classic Vegetables Peas tossed in a creamy, tangy dressing with cheddar cheese and crunchy onions. So simple, yet so good.

Ingredient Weight Measure
Simplot Simple Goodness™: RTE Peas 12/2.5lb 40 oz.
Sour cream 8 oz.
Mayonnaise 4 oz.
Vinegar, white wine 1 fl. oz.
Sugar, granulated 1 Tbsp.
Red onion, small dice 6 oz.
Cheddar cheese, shredded 4 oz.
Salt 1 tsp.
Black pepper, ground 1/2 tsp.
Preparation Instructions:
Prepare peas according to package instructions. Chill. In a large bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar. Gently fold in prepared peas, red onion, and cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
