Ingredient Weight Measure
Tofu, extra-firm, 1/2-inch dice 20 oz.
Simplot SeasonedCRISP® Delivery+®: Savory Battered Lattice Cut Fries, Skin On 6/4.5lb 80 oz. 1 bag
Pad Thai sauce, prepared, warmed 20 fl. oz.
Simplot Simple Goodness™ Premium Vegetables Shelled Edamame, thawed 10 oz.
Green onion, sliced 5 oz.
Bean sprouts, fresh 5 oz.
Cilantro sprigs, fresh 30 each
Peanuts, roasted, chopped 2.5 oz.
Lime wedges 10 each
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Deep fry tofu cubes until crispy. Drain. Reserve at room temperature for service.
Step 2
For each portion; prepare 8 oz. fries according to package instructions. Transfer to a serving container. Top with 1.5 oz. tofu. Drizzle with 2 fl. oz. Pad Thai sauce. Garnish with 1 oz. edamame, 1/2 oz. green onion, 1/2 oz. bean sprouts, 3 sprigs cilantro, 1/4 oz. peanuts, and a lime wedge.
