Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Prepare the Normandy Blend according to the package instructions and chill.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine vegetables, onion, tomatoes and green onion.
Step 3
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar and garlic. Pour over vegetables and toss lightly to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
