The rich, satisfying flavor of avocado on a slice of crusty artisan bread, complemented with colorful cherry tomatoes, fresh basil and a briny olive tapenade.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw avocado according to package directions. For each serving; brush three slices of bread with olive oil and toast.
Step 2
Spread each slice of toasted bread with 3/4 oz. avocado, 1/2 Tbsp. tapenade, 1 oz. tomatoes, 1/2 Tbsp. feta cheese, sprinkle all with 1 tsp. dukkah and garnish each with a basil leaf. Salt and pepper as needed.
