18 slices Sunflower honey wheat artisan bread or similar
2 fl. oz. Olive oil
9 oz. Simplot Harvest Fresh™ Avocados: Chunky Avocado Pulp, Fresh - Trays 8/1lb
4 1/2 oz. Olive tapenade, prepared
18 oz. Cherry tomatoes, halved, different varieties
3/4 fl. oz. Olive oil
Salt and Pepper, to taste
4 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled
2 Tbsp. Dukkah (nut and spice blend)
18 each Basil leaves, fresh, fried
Preparation Instructions:
For each serving; brush three slices of bread with olive oil and toast.
Spread each slice of bread with 3/4 oz. avocado, 1/2 Tbsp. tapenade, 1 oz. tomatoes, 1/2 Tbsp. Feta cheese, sprinkle all with 1 tsp. dukkah and garnish each with a basil leaf.
