A very shareable appetizer—pepper encrusted fries topped with your favorite pizza toppings, sauce and cheese. Does it get any better?

Simplot Conquest® Fries: Clear Coated Straight Cut Fries 3/8" 80 oz. 1 bag
Black pepper, coarse ground 2 Tbsp.
Rosemary, dried, crushed 1 Tbsp.
Garlic powder 1 Tbsp.
Marinara sauce, prepared 20 fl. oz.
Mozzarella cheese, cubed 20 oz.
Pepperoni slices 5 oz.
Proscuitto, torn into pieces 5 oz.
Pecorino cheese, shaved 5 oz.

Arugula 5 oz.
Red Pepper Flakes 1/4 oz. 2 1/2 tsp.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat oven or broiler to 425˚F.
Step 2
Whisk together in small bowl; black pepper, rosemary and garlic powder. Prepare 16 oz. fries according to package instructions and place in large bowl. Sprinkle hot fries with 2 1/2 tsp. of spice mixture and toss to coat. Place fries in an oven-safe serving dish.
Step 3
Drizzle fries with 4 fl. oz. marinara sauce. Top with 4 oz. mozzarella, 1 oz. each pepperoni, prosciutto and Pecorino cheese. Place under broiler, or into a hot oven until cheese melts. Remove from oven and garnish with 1 oz. arugula. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes.
