|1 tsp||Black pepper, fresh-cracked|
|2 oz||Butter, melted|
|1 tsp||Kosher salt|
|2 oz||Pumpkin seeds, toasted|
|1 tbsp||Red chili flakes|
|40 oz||Simplot RoastWorks®: Roasted Maple Sweet Potatoes 6/2.5lb|
- • Preheat convection oven to 350°F.
- • Spray a half sheet pan with non-stick cooking spray; arrange one bag Simplot RoastWorks Roasted Maple Sweet Potatoes in a single layer. Bake 15 minutes.
- • Remove potatoes from oven and add to a bowl with the butter, pumpkin seeds, chili flakes, salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly. Serve hot.
