Maple Sweet Potatoes with Chile & Pepitas

Roasted Maple Sweet Potatoes with Chili Flakes Pumpkin Seeds

1 tsp Black pepper, fresh-cracked
2 oz Butter, melted
1 tsp Kosher salt
2 oz Pumpkin seeds, toasted
1 tbsp Red chili flakes
40 oz Simplot RoastWorks®: Roasted Maple Sweet Potatoes 6/2.5lb
Preparation Instructions:
• Preheat convection oven to 350°F.
• Spray a half sheet pan with non-stick cooking spray; arrange one bag Simplot RoastWorks Roasted Maple Sweet Potatoes in a single layer. Bake 15 minutes.
• Remove potatoes from oven and add to a bowl with the butter, pumpkin seeds, chili flakes, salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly. Serve hot.
