Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat convection oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Spray a half sheet pan with pan release; arrange sweet potatoes in a single layer. Bake for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Remove sweet potatoes from oven and add to a bowl with the butter, pumpkin seeds, chile flakes, salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly. Serve hot.
