Nachos with a totally different "twist". Simplot Skincredibles® Loops topped with nacho cheese sauce, sour cream, pico de gallo, and spicy pickled jalapeños.

Ingredient Weight Measure
Sour cream 4 oz.
Milk 1 fl. oz.
Simplot Skincredibles®: Loops, Skin On 6/5lb 80 oz.
Nacho cheese sauce, warmed 30 oz.
Pico de gallo 20 oz.
Jalapeño, pickled, sliced 5 oz.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Whisk sour cream and milk together and place in squeeze bottle. Reserve for service.
Step 2
For each serving, prepare 8 oz. of fries according to package instructions. Place on a serving dish and top with 3 oz. cheese sauce, 2 oz. pico de gallo, and 1/2 oz. pickled jalapeño slices. Drizzle with 1/2 fl. oz. sour cream.
