Crab meat, cooked, shredded 20 oz.
Dill, fresh, chopped 4 Tbsp.
Garlic, minced 1 tsp.
Green onions, sliced thin 10 Tbsp.
Lemon juice 1 Tbsp.
Lemon zest 1 tsp.
Mayonnaise 9 oz.
Old Bay Seasoning 2 1/2 tsp.
Simplot Simply Gold® Fries: Gold Straight Cut Fries, Skin On 3/8" 5 lb.
Smoked paprika 1/2 tsp.
Preparation Instructions:
• Whisk together the mayonnaise, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, Old Bay Seasoning, and smoked paprika. Store in a squeeze bottle for service.
• For each order, prepare 8 oz of fries according to package instructions. Toss with 1/4 tsp Old Bay Seasoning. Place on a serving plate. Top with 2 oz crab meat, 1 tsp dill, and 1 Tbsp green onion. Drizzle with 1 oz. prepared aioli. Serve.
