Lemon Raspberry Yogurt Parfaits

Bright and refreshing, these parfaits are an easy, nutritious breakfast or afternoon snack—and excellent as a grab-n-go option.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Cube the lemon bread slices while frozen or partially frozen, then allow to thaw. Keep raspberries frozen.
Step 2
Place 1/8 cup raspberries in bottom of 12 oz. clear plastic cup.
Step 3
Top with 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt, remaining raspberries and another 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt. (1 cup total yogurt in cup).
