Korean Street Cart Fries
How about trying out this loaded fry dish with an Asian twist? Crispy Junior Cut SIDEWINDERS™ Fries topped with gochujang mayo, fried hot dog, edamame, kimchi, furikake seasonings and fresh cilantro.

Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat deep fryer to 345˚F.
Step 2
In a small bowl mix together mayonnaise and gochujang paste, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Step 3
Bring water to a boil in a pot. Add shelled edamame, bring back to a boil and cook for 3 minutes. Transfer hot edamame to a container and keep hot for service.
Step 4
Cut hot dogs in half cross-wise. With the tip of a knife, cut the hot dog into quarters long-wise but leaving 1/4 of the hot dog intact. Fry until tips curl up, about 2 to 3 minutes. Transfer to paper-lined tray and hold warm for service.
Step 5
Cook fries in fryer for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes. Transfer 4 oz. to a serving platter. Drizzle with gojuchang mayo, fried hot dogs, edamame, furikake seasoning and cilantro.
