Loaded fries have expanded from typical toppings like chili and cheese to more ethnic ingredients and sauces. This spicy Korean-influenced dish is a perfect example.
|Simplot Conquest® Fries: Clear Coated Straight Cut Fries 3/8"||10 oz.|
|Black pepper, coarse ground||1 tsp.|
|Sea salt||1 Tbsp.|
|Garlic powder||1/2 tsp.|
|Flank steak, grilled, sliced thinly||4 oz.|
|Spinach, sautéed||2 oz.|
|Carrot, julienned||1 oz.|
|Mushrooms, sautéed||1 oz.|
|Egg, prepared sunny-side up||1 each|
|Gochujang sauce||1/2 fl. oz.|
|Sesame seeds||2 tsp.|
- Step 1
- Whisk together in small bowl; black pepper, sea salt and garlic powder. Prepare fries according to package instructions and place in large bowl. Sprinkle hot fries with spice mixture and toss to coat. Place fries in a warm serving dish.
- Step 2
- Arrange steak strips over fries. Add spinach, carrot and mushrooms to bowl. Place egg and drizzle with gochujang sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
