3 tbsp Basil, minced
3 4/5 oz Black olives, diced
64 oz Simplot Farmhouse Originals™: Home Cooked Mashed Potatoes 6/4lb
8 oz Fontina cheese, finely shredded
2 tbsp Garlic, minced
3 oz Prosciutto, minced
3 oz Sundried tomatoes, chopped
Preparation Instructions:
Prepare mashed potatoes according to directions, keep warm. Combine proscuitto, tomatoes, basil, black olives and garlic. Add mashed potatoes and blend until well incorporated. Food show serving suggestions; in small plastic cup or Simplot paper boat place 1/2 oz mashed and top with 4-6 shreds of cheese.
