Simplot Farmhouse Originals™: Home Cooked Mashed Potatoes 6/4lb 64 oz.
Prosciutto, minced 3 oz.
Sundried tomatoes, chopped 3 oz.
Basil, minced 3 Tbsp.
Black olives, diced 3 4/5 oz.
Garlic, minced 2 Tbsp.
Fontina cheese, finely shredded 8 oz.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Prepare mashed potatoes according to directions, keep warm.
Step 2
Combine prosciutto, tomatoes, basil, black olives and garlic. Add to mashed potatoes and blend until well incorporated. Food show serving suggestions; in small plastic cup or Simplot paper boat place 1/2 oz mashed and top with 4-6 shreds of cheese.
