Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
- Prepare mashed potatoes according to directions, keep warm.
- Step 2
- Combine prosciutto, tomatoes, basil, black olives and garlic. Add to mashed potatoes and blend until well incorporated. Food show serving suggestions; in small plastic cup or Simplot paper boat place 1/2 oz mashed and top with 4-6 shreds of cheese.
