Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
In a stainless steel bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients until emulsified.
Step 2
Prepare the vegetable blend according to package instructions. Drain and chill.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine the vegetable blend with the red peppers and jicama. Toss with dressing to coat. Just before serving, add the toasted almonds to the salad.
