Ingredients:
1/4 tsp. Ground cinnamon
2 oz. Ginger beer
1/4 Lime, cut into pieces
1/2 oz Maple syrup
2 oz. Simplot RoastWorks®: Flame-Roasted Fuji Apples 6/2.5lb
2 oz. Sparkling apple cider
Sugar/cinnamon mixture (4:1) for rimming the glass
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the apples and lime.
Step 2
Rim cocktail glass
Step 3
Add maple syrup, cinnamon and vodka.  Strain into glass over ice.  Press on apples to release juice.
Step 4
Top with sparkling apple cider and garnish with a slice of Fuji apple.
