Fruit Filled Hand Pies

Ingredient Weight Measure
Pie dough, cut in 6-inch circles 16 each
Simplot Frozen Fruit, such as Triple Berry Blend, Sliced Peaches or Flame-Roasted Fuji Apples 32 oz.
Honey 8 tsp.
Egg wash as needed
Preparation Instructions:
Lay pie circles on a cutting board. Place 2 oz. fruit on 1/2 of each circle. Drizzle each fruit portion with 1/2 tsp. honey. Fold dough over fruit and seal edges. Brush top of filled pies with egg wash. Cut 2 slits in the top of each pie to vent. Place on a lined sheet pan and bake in a 350*F convection oven 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
