Crinkle-cut fries dusted with a savory blend of freshly grated Parmesan and Asiago cheeses.

Step 1: Cheese Seasoning

Asiago cheese, dry aged 3 oz.
Parmesan cheese, dry aged 6 oz.
Salt, finely ground 2 Tbsp.
Parsley, finely minced 2 Tbsp.
Black pepper, coarsely ground 1 Tbsp.
Step 2: Fries

Simplot Infinity® Fries: Deep V Crinkle Cut Fries 1/2" 8 lb.
Butter, melted, clarified 8 oz.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Process the Parmesan and Asiago cheeses in a food processor until finely chopped or ground. Place the cheese in a mixing bowl and toss with the parsley, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Fry 16 oz. of the fries according to the package directions. Remove from the fryer and drain them briefly. Transfer the fries to a warm stainless steel bowl and drizzle with 1 oz. of clarified butter. Add 1 oz. of the cheese seasoning to the bowl, toss to coat. Place the fries on a warm serving plate and garnish with 1 Tbsp. of cheese seasoning. Serve.
