Eggs, scrambled, warm 40 oz. 20 each
Ham, 1/4-inch dice, warmed 20 oz.
Hollandaise sauce, prepared, warm 20 fl. oz.
Tomatoes, 1/4-inch dice 5 oz.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Prepare spinach according to package instructions. Season with salt and pepper. Hold warm.
Step 2
For each portion; prepare 8 oz. fries according to package instructions. Place into a serving container. Top with 4 oz. scrambled eggs, 2 oz. diced ham, 2 oz. spinach and 2 fl.oz. hollandaise sauce. Garnish with 1/2 oz. diced tomatoes.
