A classic bread pudding with the welcome addition of flame-roasted Fuji apples, dark cherries and a sweet whiskey cream sauce to serve it with.

Cream Sauce:

Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat oven to 300°F.
Step 2
Combine milk, eggs, brown sugar, spices and vanilla in a large bowl. Fold in Brioche, mix lightly. Add the apples and cherries, mixing lightly.
Step 3
Pour pudding into a 2-inch, half hotel pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until set in the center.
Step 4
For sauce; combine cream, syrup and cornstarch in a saucepan over medium heat, bring to a boil.
Step 5
Remove from heat, add egg yolks and whiskey stirring constantly for one minute. Reserve warm.
