A tangy blend of edamame, yogurt and tahini spiced with cumin, cayenne and garlic, served with baked chips.

Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
- Preheat convection oven to 350˚F.
- Step 2
- Prepare the edamame according to the package directions.
- Step 3
- Using a food processor, in two batches, blend the yogurt, edamame, water, lemon juice, tahini, garlic, salt, cumin and pepper until a coarse puree develops; occasionally scraping down sides of work bowl.
- Step 4
- Cut the pita rounds into 10 wedges. Place wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake on 350˚F convection oven for 5-10 minutes or until crisp and lightly browned.
- Step 5
- For each serving; place 3 oz. of hummus on a plate and surround it with 2 oz. of pita chips.
