Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw avocado spread according to package instructions.
Step 2
For each burger, place two 3 oz. balls of ground beef on a hot griddle. Using a metal spatula, press down on each ball to form a flattened patty. Season with salt and pepper. When browned, flip each burger and place a slice of cheese on top of each of the patties. When burgers are done, place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of the bun, stack the patties together and transfer them on top of the lettuce leaf. Top the burgers with 2 tomato slices, an onion slice, 2 oz. avocado spread and optional pickle slices. Finish with the top half of the bun.
Step 3
Prepare fries according to package instructions. Serve 5 oz. prepared fries with each burger.
