Simplot Simple Goodness™: Cauliflower, IQF 12/32oz 1 bag
Ricotta cheese, part skim 3/4 cup
Lemon juice, fresh 1 fl. oz.
Lemon zest 1 Tbsp.
Garlic, granulated 1 tsp.
Salt 1 tsp.
White pepper, ground 1/2 tsp.
Thyme, fresh, stemmed 1 Tbsp.
Vegetable stock as needed
Preparation Instructions:
Prepare the cauliflower according to the package directions. Combine in the bowl of a food processor; cauliflower and next 6 ingredients (Ricotta through white pepper) and process until smooth and creamy. Adjust the consistency with vegetable stock if needed. Stir in the thyme.
