Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Cook Baby Bakers™ according to package instructions. Keep warm.
Step 2
Cook peppers and onions according to package instructions. Keep warm.
Step 3
Cook remaining vegetables and scramble eggs. Hold separately, keep warm.
Step 4
To serve; place 5 oz. of Baby Bakers™ into a bowl. Top with 1/2 oz. of chopped spinach, 2 oz. of peppers and onions, 1 oz. of sliced mushrooms, 1 oz. sliced zucchini, 1 oz. yellow squash and 3 oz. scrambled eggs. Finish with a drizzle of Greek yogurt and a sprinkle of chia seeds.
