Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Blend waffle mix and water together using a wire whisk, gradually adding water. Stir in the cheese and chives. Pour into a preheated and lightly greased waffle iron. Close lid, wait 10 seconds and turn over. Cook waffle until steaming stops about 3 to 5 minutes.
Step 2
Sauté apples in a skillet with butter until thoroughly heated. For each serving; place waffle on serving plate after breaking into quarters. Top with 2 slices of bacon and 4 oz. of apples. Drizzle with 2 fl. oz. of syrup and sprinkle with 1/2 oz. of cheese.
